How to use the directory
Start with your state, then narrow to the county or city where your parent (or the family caregiver) lives. Each community page shows the care levels offered — if those terms are new to you, read levels of care explained first. When you have two or three candidates, use the touring checklist and check the official inspection records before you decide.
