About Willamette View
Founded in 1955, Willamette View was the first continuing care retirement community in the Portland metro area, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) on a 27-acre campus overlooking the Willamette River between Milwaukie and Portland. It offers roughly 140 floor plans from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom residences, plus assisted living and the on-campus Willamette View Health Center, a Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility with a 5-star CMS overall rating.
