Cascade Manor is Eugene's only accredited continuing care retirement community, offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing on a single campus. It is affiliated with Pacific Retirement Services, a Medford-based nonprofit senior living organization, and lets residents move between levels of care as their needs change.
