About Friendsview Retirement Community
Friendsview is a Quaker-heritage, faith-based continuing care retirement community serving Newberg since 1961, located on a 27-acre campus near George Fox University. Housing ranges from studios and apartment homes to cottages and duplexes across several neighborhoods, including the newer 96-apartment Sutton Terrace building, with assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing available as needs change. The community recently completed a $124 million campus expansion.
