Cogir Senior Living is the U.S. senior housing arm of Montreal-based Cogir Real Estate, with its U.S. headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. After merging with Cadence Living, the company grew from about a dozen U.S. communities in 2020 to nearly 100 communities totaling roughly 11,000 units, offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
